What is recorded here

Scrahanagullaun in County Kerry, Ireland held a rath at its southern edge when surveyed in the 1840s. Whether people lived there, buried treasure there or simply avoided the mound, the earth was shaped for human affairs. The fort has vanished from precise knowledge, leaving behind a boundary marked only by memory and the chance that stones once resisted forgetting.
