Fairy fort in Reavouler: a 31-metre earthen ring on a south-facing Cork slope, with a six-metre gap to the southeast and a possible hidden passage inside. People may have lived there, feared there or simply passed around its bank while believing the fairies owned the ground beneath.

In pasture, on S-facing slope. Circular area (31m N-S; 31.2m E-W) enclosed by earthen bank (H 2.4m). Break in bank (Wth 6m) to SSE. Second earthen bank levelled into intervening fosse c. 1970. Possible Man-made underground passage (CO133-024002-) in interior. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork.
