Fairy fort in Rathranna: a broken earthen ring, forty metres across, still stands on the east-facing slope. Bowman measured two such forts nearby in 1934; this one has given up most of its circle to the townland boundary. What remains is a low bank, high enough to mark the difference between field and forgotten room.

In pasture, on E-facing slope. Arc (C c. 40m) formed by earthen bank (int. H 1.4m; ext. H 1.4m) survives in townland boundary NW->E. Locally known as site of fort. One of two (CO023-251---) levelled single-ramparted forts (diam. c. 30yd and c. 35yd) described by Bowman (1934, 186) on lands of D. Daly.
