Fairy forts are not for humans. They belong to the hidden people who still own the land underneath. Rathcosgry keeps its circle closed, waiting for someone foolish enough to enter without invitation. The field wall cutting through it does not weaken the boundary. It marks the line where human ownership stops and fairy law begins.
