Fairy fort / earthen ringfort in Raheen is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Raheen, County Roscommon, Ireland. It occupies a D-shaped grass-covered area on an east-facing slope of an east-west ridge. An earthen bank and fosse define the structure, while field banks truncate its western and southern edges. Another rath lies approximately 140 metres to the west-northwest.
On an E-facing slope of an E-W ridge. D-shaped grass-covered area (dims 24m N-S; 24m E-W) defined by an earthen bank (Wth 4.2m; int. H 0.3m; ext. H 1.4m) E-SE, and a fosse (Wth of top 7m; Wth of base 2m; int. D 1.5m; ext. D 0.4m) NW-E. The entrance (Wth 2.7m) and causeway (Wth 2m) are at E, but the site is truncated by a N-S field bank at W and an E-W field bank at S. Rath (RO022-018002-) is c. 140m to the WNW.
