Fairy fort / earthen ringfort in Raheen is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Raheen, County Roscommon, Ireland. It occupies the floor of an east-west valley and presents a circular grass-covered platform twenty metres across. A scarp zero point four to zero point seven metres high defines the edge, while slight traces of a bank and fosse remain on the south-west and north perimeter. The entrance is not identified, and Rath RO022-021---- lies about two hundred and ten metres to the south-southwest.
Marked only on the 1927 ed. of the OS 6-inch map, and situated on the floor of an E-W valley. Circular grass-covered platform (diam. 20m) defined by a scarp (H 0.4-0.7m) with slight traces of a bank (Wth 4m; int. H 0.2m; ext. H 0.9m) on the perimeter S-W and slight traces of a fosse (Wth of top 3-5m; D 0.2-0.5m) S-W-N. The entrance is not identified. Rath (RO022-021----) is c. 210m to the SSW.
