Fairy fort / earthen ringfort in Rahaberna is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Rahaberna, County Sligo, Ireland. The slightly raised oval area measures 25 metres north-south and 23 metres east-west on level ground in wet pasture. A low broad bank of earth and stone encloses the site, while a fosse lies at the external foot. A break in the southeast bank may mark the original entrance.
Situated on level ground in gently undulating wet pasture. Slightly raised oval area (dims. 25m N-S; 23m E-W) enclosed by a low broad bank of earth and stone (Wth 3.2m; int. H 0.45m). At the external foot of the bank is a fosse (Wth 4.7m; D 0.4m). From NNW-NE the bank is absent and the enclosing element is a low scarp (ext. H 0.2m). A break (Wth 3.5m) in the bank at SE may mark the position of the original entrance.
