Mortons and Oughterly hold a twenty-eight-metre clay chamber where a hidden passage may still breathe beneath the grass. men dug a drain around it and reused the stolen earth to build a new wall inside the old wound. The chamber did not disappear. It changed its shape and kept its life.

In pasture. Circular area (diam. 28m) defined by earthen bank (H 1.3m) to E, S and W. Field drain, outside and concentric to bank, truncates N side of enclosure. Hartnett (1939, 80) noted material from drain used to construct E-W bank, which now encloses interior to N. Possible Man-made underground passage (CO060-035002-) in interior.
