What is recorded here

No fairy ever flew there. People built a round home, dug a ditch, and lived beside it until fields cut through the memory. What remains is a shallow breath of a wall, still drawing trees to its line. The fort is small enough to walk around in a minute, but it has resisted forgetting for centuries.

In grassland. Poorly preserved subcircular rath (41m NE-SW; 37m NW-SE) defined by a tree-lined bank and traces of an external fosse. A field bank cuts through the monument at NE and SE and no visible surface trace of the enclosing elements survives to the E of it.
