What is recorded here
Fairy forts across Ireland mark boundaries between human and hidden life. In Mogeely Lower the earth still holds that old shape, a round fort waiting for recognition. People may have lived there, feared it or transformed it into legend. The field remembers more than pride or ridicule allow.
