In grassland on a NW-facing slope of rising ground in upland area with panoramic views from W through N to E and higher ground to SE and S. Enclosure (TS053-065----) 500m to W. Levelled ringfort consisting of a large circular area (approx. int. diam. 44m N-S; 45m E-W) defined by a barely visible low rise of ground (H 0.1m) and shallow outer fosse (base Wth 2m; top Wth 3.5m; ext. D 0.2m). Interior slopes from SE to NW following natural slope of land. Described in 1982 as a ringfort in good condition consisting of a circular area (int.diam. 42m) enclosed by a bank and outer fosse (Cahill 1982 vol. 2). Monument has been levelled between 1982 and 2004.
