What is recorded here

No visible wall, no gate, no chamber. Only a shallow circular scar in the grass, twenty-six metres across, marking the ghost of a fort that time and plough erased. The land remembers shape before human memory begins.
In grassland overlooking bogland to E. A very poorly preserved circular rath (D 26m) defined by a low much-disturbed earthen bank. A field bank cuts the monument at W.
