What is recorded here

Lisheen holds a earthen ringfort, a circular defence built by human hands though local memory has renamed it a fairy fort. The clay bank still stands against the sky, marking the boundary between ordinary land and the hidden world. People may have lived inside that circle, watching the road or keeping herds safe through winter. The fairies took the name later, claiming the place as their own when human memory faded.
