Fort Edmund is a circular earthen ringfort in Lisduane, County Limerick, with a two-metre-deep fosse and mature trees shading its level interior. It sits immediately northwest of the farmyard on an east-facing slope, where farm buildings now encroach on the southeast defences. The name suggests human occupation rather than fairy invention, though the hidden tree-covered basin still invites that older belief.

In pasture, on E-facing slope, immediately NW of farmyard of Fort Edmund house. Roughly circular area (43m N-S; 47m E-W) enclosed by earthen bank (int. H 1.4m; ext. H 2.1m) with external fosse (D 2m; Wth 3.35m) and counterscarp bank (ext. H 0.5m). Farm-buildings encroach on defences on SE side; recent wall stands immediately outside fosse SSW->NNW.
