Fairy fort in Leggagh, County Meath: a grass-covered circular platform, 51m across on a small hillock, with a low scarp rising to 2.4m at the SE and no clear entrance. People may have lived there, marked territory, or simply avoided it because the shape felt owned. The road bank at W cuts close, reminding us that even forgotten forts lose edge when living paths take them for granted.

Situated on a small hillock in a fairly level landscape. This is a raised grass-covered and circular platform (diam. 51m NNE-SSW; 48.5m WNW-ESE) defined by slight traces of a bank S-SW and NW-NE but mostly by a scarp (H c. 1m generally to 2.4m at SE). There is no visible fosse or identifiable entrance, and the monument is skirted by a N-S road bank at W that might have truncated it slightly on this side.
