Leamnaguila holds a broken earthen ring on a SW-facing slope, its shallow bank and missing northern gate marking a forgotten threshold rather than a grand fortress. Cattle graze around the exposed shale and interior dump, treating the ancient boundary as ordinary ground. The fort is small enough to walk in moments, yet large enough to suggest people once drew a line between inside and outside, belonging and exile.

In pasture, on a SW-facing slope. A circular area (c. 20m N-S) defined by a low bank (Wth 7.8m; int. H 0.3m; ext. H 0.65m) NNE-N, with a break N-NNE. The bank is comprised mainly of earth with some shale which is exposed at N. A slight trace of an external fosse is evident along the N arc. A dump of shale was noted in the interior.
