What is recorded here

Lambhill in Slievedarragh holds a subcircular rath with a water-filled fosse, partially erased by time but still marked by a bank that field boundaries cross without questioning. The fort is small enough to walk in minutes yet large enough to suggest people lived there when the land was younger and less certain. It sits low in grassland like a forgotten room, waiting for someone to remember what it kept.

In a low-lying area of grassland. Poorly preserved overgrown subcircular rath (E-W 32.5m, N-S 27m) defined by a bank and water-filled fosse. The td. boundary overlies the bank throughout, and a number of field banks radiate from the monument.
