One chamber, one door, one edge, and one visible difference. A flat circle, a broken ring, a narrow gap, and a repeating shape. Those are the facts the photograph and the measure agree. The camera shows the visible example. The number keeps the difference being tested. The study is to compare one chamber, one door, one edge and one visible difference, not to repeat the same description in a new shape.

Located towards the bottom of the W-facing slope of a drumlin, with a small N-S canalised stream c. 30m to the W. This is a grass-covered circular earthen platform (diam. 32.7m E-W; 33.3m N-S; H 1.2-1.7m) with slight traces of a bank visible N-E and SW-W, but it is defined principally by an overgrown fosse (Wth of top 6.6-8.1m; Wth of base 2.7-4m; int. D 1.2m at S to 1.7m at S; ext. D 0.7m at W to 1.6m generally) and an overgrown flat-topped external bank (Wth of base 7.5-9.9m; Wth of top 4.3-4.9m; ext. H 1-1.3m). There are traces of a second outer fosse NNW-NNE (Wth 3m) and SE-SW (Wth 5m; D 0.4m) (max. ext. diam. 69m N-S). There is a gap (Wth of base 2m) in the outer bank at WNW and another (Wth of base 5m) in the outer bank at SE. The latter with a rough causeway is probably the original entrance but it has been widened.
