Lacka East holds a solid earthen ring twenty-three metres across, its thick bank still showing buried stone facing despite age and weather. It sits immediately south of the neighbouring fort, creating a paired defence where local memory claims hidden passages link the interiors although no entrance appears on the surface. The ground inside rises above the surrounding field and slopes gently southward, preserving the shape of a place built to be entered, occupied and remembered.

Internal diameter 23m Situated immediately S of KE005-036----, this univallate rath consists of a sub-circular area enclosed by an earthen bank c4m in width at the base. The bank is 1.6m high externally and 1m on average internally. Evidence of stone facing can be seen in some sections of the bank. The interior is at a higher level than the surrounding land and is sloping S. There is a local tradition that the Man-made underground passage (KE005-037001-) in KE005-036---- connects with a Man-made underground passage in this ringfort, but no surface trace can be seen.
