What is recorded here
Killelton is in County Kerry, Ireland. It is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort. The site is marked only by scattered stones and a difference in grass colour across a circular area over twenty metres wide.
The lios or dún recorded by An Seabhac (1939, 301) has recently been levelled. Its site is now marked only by a light scatter of small stones and a difference in the colour of the grass covering a roughly circular area over 20m in diameter.
