What is recorded here
Killeens, lissataggle holds a circular earthen fort, the kind of place where ordinary people may have lived before fairy tales took it over. The ridge still marks the field, giving the border of a house no longer visible. That much is clear. The rest belongs to imagination, memory and the life of the land.
