Killeedy South holds a vanished ringfort, reduced by ploughs and time to a shallow scarped edge and a band of darker grass. The fort is gone, but its ghost remains measurable: twenty-six metres across, with a half-metre lip and a possible buried ditch. Any person who lived there did so without leaving a name behind. The pasture still marks the shape of a lost life, waiting to be imagined.

In level pasture. Monument, depicted as penannular embanked enclosure (diam. c. 20m) on 1924 OS 6-inch map, has been levelled. However, it is still discernible as circular area (diam. 26m) defined by a scarped edge (H 0.25m; Wth 3.2m). Band of darker grass outside scarped edge may indicate presence of external fosse.
