What is recorded here

Kilcreevanty is called a fairy fort because a round fort once stood there, though no wall or ditch remains visible today. The vanished shape may have been a farmstead, a refuge or a boundary marker, and its absence does not diminish it. A place can leave a hole in the ground and a bigger hole in memory.

On a NE-facing slope in farmland. Marked on 1st ed. of OS 6-inch map as a circular enclosure (D c. 35m). No visible surface trace survives.
