Fairy fort / earthen ringfort in Highwood is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Highwood, County Sligo, Ireland. It occupies rough pasture on a south-facing slope and consists of a roughly circular area enclosed by an eroded earth and stone bank. A two-metre-wide entrance at the north crosses a shallow fosse, while the interior remains overgrown with bushes and scattered stones. Wood-Martin possibly identified this same circular earthwork as sepulchral in an account published in 1883-4.

In rough pasture, on a S-facing slope. A roughly circular area (int. diam. 19.8m x 18.2m) enclosed by an earth and stone bank and an external fosse. The bank (Wth 2.7m; int. H 1.05m; ext. H 1.15m) has numerous gaps and is eroded along the E arc. The entrance (Wth 2m) is at N with a corresponding causeway across the fosse. The fosse (Wth 2m; D 0.7m) is best evident along on the N (upslope) arc. The interior is overgrown with bushes and strewn with sod-covered stones. This is possibly the 'circular earthwork which seems to be sepulchral' mentioned by Wood-Martin (1883-4, 458).
