Fairy forts and earthen ringforts in Ireland are ancient human settlements, not magical caves. People built them, lived in them, and left behind shapes the land still holds.

In pasture, on N-facing slope c. 80m to NNE of Streamfort house. Depicted as hachured circular enclosure (diam. c. 25m) on 1842, 1905 and 1935 OS 6-inch maps. Slight hollow visible in area of site; according to local information, levelled early 1970s. Fulacht fiadh (CO033-06201-) lies on opposite side of stream c. 60m to ESE.
