What is recorded here

Gorteenanillaun holds a faded earthen arc and a hidden passage, marking it as a place where children were buried and people still walked beneath the grass. The bank curves from southeast through south to southwest on a north-facing slope, suggesting a boundary drawn for living memory rather than forgotten display. What is missing has not stopped the site speaking; it has only moved the story below the surface, waiting for patience and attention.

On a N-facing slope in grassland. This poorly preserved rath is defined by the arc of an earthen bank curving from SE through S to SW; otherwise no visible surface trace survives. Within the interior is a children's burial ground (GA115-022001-) and a Man-made underground passage (GA115-022002-); part of the latter overlies the enclosing bank.
