What is recorded here

Situated on a gentle E-facing slope. Circular platform (diam. c. 45m; H c. 4.5-6m) defined by an earthen bank (H c. 4.5m) along the perimeter and an external fosse. Not visible at ground level. The site was apparently levelled before 1975. (OPW files) The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Wicklow' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1997).
