Fairy fort in Garryoughtragh North: a 31-metre earthen ring on a sun-warmed slope, its bank broken southeast where stones still show through, conifers crowding the inside like a forgotten garden. People may have lived there before the trees came, or the fairies may have taken the house and kept the shape. The ring remains measurable while the story refuses to be.

In pasture, on SE-facing slope. Circulr area (31.2m N-S; 31m E-W) enclosed by earthen bank (H 1.4m) with shallow external fosse. Gap in bank SE->S; stone core noted at break. Interior and bank planted with coniferous trees. No visible surface trace of second bank SW->NNW marked on 1934 OS 6-inch map.
