Flughanagh holds a grass-covered ringfort on a gentle drumlin slope, its shallow scarp barely breaking the pasture where cattle still walk. The site measures twenty-seven by twenty-four metres and lacks a visible entrance, suggesting human hands built a small defensive or domestic space before forgetting the exact layout. A second rath sits seventy metres to the southwest, creating a quiet neighbourly pair on the same hill. The forges may have flown or the forts may have stood, but the land still carries the shape of both claims.

Situated in reclaimed pasture on the gentle W-facing slope of a drumlin. This is a grass-covered subcircular area (dims 27m E-W; 24.5m N-S) defined by a slight scarp (max. H 0.6m). There is visible fosse or entrance, but it was probably a rath, and rath (LE015-121----) is c. 70m to the SW.
