Fairy fort in Flughanagh, County Leitrim: a grass-covered circular platform 30m by 28m on a small drumlin, with a slight scarp 0.4-0.8m high and a 2.6m entrance dip at SE. People may have lived there before pasture reclaimed it, stepping through that shallow gap into a world now hidden under grass.

Situated in reclaimed pasture on top of a small drumlin. This is a grass-covered ircular platform (diam. 30m N-S; 28m E-W) defined by a slight scarp (H 0.4-0.8m), and slight traces of a fosse NW-NNE. The entrance (Wth 2.6m) is a slight dip in the perimeter at SE. The above description is derived from 'The Archaeological Inventory of County Leitrim' compiled by Michael J.
