Located on a slight SW-facing slope. The cropmark of a bivallate enclosure (int. diam. c. 30m; ext. diam. c. 45m) is visible on digital aerial photographs (WX039-081_1 to _6) taken in 2006. A house was built on the location in 2007. Raths (WX039-082----) and (WX039-083----) are c. 180m to the SW and c. 200m to the SSW respectively. Archaeological monitoring (15E0412) of a gas pipeline under the road to the N in Area 6b produced no related material (Sutton 2018; excavations.ie: 2105: 422).
