What is recorded here

No wall, ditch or stone remains visible on the southern slope below Sea Hill, though an old survey marked a circular fort there. The earth has taken back what people built, leaving only a hidden line in grass and memory.

There is no visible trace of the circular univallate enclosure marked on the 1st edition of the OS map. It was situated on the lower S slopes of the ridge that extends SW to Sea Hill.
