Marianne and I walked to a low circular bank hidden beside rough pasture. I measured its shadow and watched the grass lean across the slope. Deshure keeps that shape because people kept returning to it, not because fantasy invented it.

In rough pasture, on edge of break in N-facing slope. Circular area (34m E-W; 32m N-S) defined by earthen bank (int. H 1m; ext. H 2m) W->S; slight grass-covered rise elsewhere. Interior slopes down gently to N; raised above outer ground level to N and NE to compensate for hillslope; crossed by remains of cultivation ridges on NE-SW axis.
