Fairy fort / earthen ringfort in Dangan (nugent) is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Dangan (nugent), County Roscommon, Ireland. The subcircular grass-covered area sits towards the bottom of the E-facing slope of a drumlin. An overgrown earthen bank and outer fosse define the site, though no visible entrance remains. Rath (RO012-010----) lies approximately 140m to the southeast.

Towards the bottom of the E-facing slope of a drumlin. Subcircular grass-covered but poached area (dims 26.3m E-W; 22.5m N-S) defined by an overgrown earthen bank (Wth 3-4.2m; int. H 0.2-0.5m; ext. H 0.3-0.9m) S-SW which is incorporated into a field bank with an inner drain W-NE, and a scarp (max. H 0.9m) elsewhere. There is an outer fosse (Wth of top 2m at S to 3.8m at N; D 0.1-0.5m) SE-S and NW-N, but there is no visible entrance. Rath (RO012-010----) is c. 140m to the SE.
