Fairy fort in Curraghnaloughra: a 36-metre earthen ring on a hillock, still holding its shape in pasture. Two banks and a ditch enclose a small world, while cultivation ridges cut across the inside and an underground passage disappears beneath it. People may have farmed, hidden or worshipped there before the fairies took the name; the earth keeps the argument unfinished.

In pasture, atop hillock. Circular area (36.6m N-S; 35.7m E-W) enclosed by two earthen banks, separated by fosse. Inner bank (H 2.6m) SE->NNE; scarp elsewhere. Outer bank (H 1.8m) SW->NNE; levelled for short section to NNE and ESE; to E stone faced and incorporated into field fence system. Cultivation ridges cross interior on ENE-WSW axis; Man-made underground passage (CO120-061003-) in interior.
