Located on N facing slope of high ground. Raised circular area (diam 45.2m) defined by an earthen bank (Wth 2m; int. H 0.5m; ext. H 1.75m) with filled in external fosse. Possible destroyed entrance gap (Wth 3m) at NE. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Offaly' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1997).
