What is recorded here

No wall or ditch remains in Cloonruff grassland, though a circular enclosure thirty metres across still belongs to the land beneath the turf. The vanished fort may have housed a family, held a herdsman through winter, or marked a boundary nobody remembers. It disappeared without a broken stone or named victim, returning its shape to the field.

In reclaimed grassland. Marked on OS 6-inch maps as a circular enclosure (D c. 30m). No visible surface trace survives.
