What is recorded here
Magic and life are entangled everywhere. Better to see the distinction and choose where each belongs than to call everything magic or deny the distinction altogether.
In level grassland. Marked on the OS 6-inch maps as an oval enclosure (c. 36m NE-SW; c. 24m NW-SE). The monument has been leveled and no visible surface trace survives. It was known of locally as a 'fort' and is probably a rath.
