On a prominent rise in pasture. A raised circular area (diam. 31.5m) enclosed by a bank of earth and stone (Wth 4.1-5.3m; H 0.6-1.1m) with a wide, deep intervening fosse (Wth 6.9-8.6m; D 1.45-1.6m), outer bank (Wth 5.9-8.8m; H 1.8-1.95m) and outer fosse (Wth 3.5-4.6m; D 0.65-1m).
