Fairy fort / earthen ringfort in Cloghkeating, Mertonhall is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Cloghkeating, Mertonhall, County Tipperary, Ireland. It stands on an east-west ridge in undulating countryside with extensive views. The well-preserved site contains a 50-metre east-west raised platform enclosed by a 2-metre-wide earth and stone bank. A 4-metre-wide, 1.1-metre-deep flat-bottomed ditch surrounds the bank, and a 9-metre-wide entrance gap opens at the north-northeast.

Situated on top of an E-W ridge in undulating countryside with extensive views. An impressive well-preserved raised platform (diam. 50m E-W) enclosed by an earth and stone bank (Wth 2m; int. H 0.3-1.5m; ext. H 2-4m) with wide flat-bottomed fosse (Wth 4m; D 1.1m) and entrance gap (Wth 9m) at NNE. A semicircular conjoined enclosure to the SW of the external fosse may be contemporary with the sweathouse (2471) which is built into the enclosing fosse of the ringfort at SW.
