What is recorded here

Cloghaunsavaun holds a earthen ringfort where Clare fields still break the horizon. People called it a fairy fort, perhaps because the soil shaped itself into a chamber no human hand could explain. That much is record. The rest belongs to the field, the dark, and the story told beside it.
