Fairy fort / earthen ringfort in Cashelgarran is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Cashelgarran, County Sligo, Ireland. The site occupies the western summit of a narrow east-west ridge in pasture. A circular earth and stone bank encloses a twenty-four metre area, although a field boundary now cuts through the eastern section. Two gaps in the surviving bank suggest possible original entrances.
Situated near W end of level summit of a narrow E-W orientated ridge, in pasture. Raised circular area (diam. 24m) enclosed by a bank of earth and stone (Wth 6.5m; int. H 0.7m). No fosse is visible at ground level. A NNW-SSE orientated field boundary bank lies across the site, to E of centre, truncating the bank at SE and at N. The site has been removed to the E of this boundary but is visible as a slightly raised area defined by a very slight scarped edge (ext. H 0.1m). Either of two breaks in the surviving portion of the bank at NW (Wth 6m) and at S (Wth 4m) could be an original entrance.
