On a hillock in undulating grassland. An almost circular rath (N-S 38m, E-W 37.5m), in fair condition, defined by a bank with traces of an intervening fosse and outer bank from W to NW. A field boundary overlies the inner bank from SSE to SW. A grass-covered rectangular structure (E-W; L 15.2m, Wth 6.2m), possibly a house, is visible within the interior at W; a large depression infringes upon it to N. A roughly rectangular annexe (E-W; L 28.5, Wth 26m max.), defined by a bank of earth and stone, extends from the rath at N.
