Fairy fort / earthen ringfort in Carrownteane is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Carrownteane, County Sligo, Ireland. It occupies a slight north-facing slope in gently undulating pasture. A raised circular area measuring twenty-eight metres east-west and twenty-six metres north-south is enclosed by an earthen scarp reaching 1.3 metres in height. A 3.2-metre-wide ramp across the northeast scarp marks the original entrance, while a possible hut site extends into the interior from the northwest boundary.

Situated on slight N-facing slope in gently undulating pasture. Raised circular area (diam. 28m E-W; 26m N-S) enclosed by an earthen scarp (ext. H 1.3m). A ramp (Wth 3.2m) across the scarp at NE marks the position of the original entrance. The interior of the site slopes gently facing NE.
