Fairy fort / earthen ringfort in Carroward (roscommon By.) is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Carroward (roscommon By.), County Roscommon, Ireland. It occupies a circular area twenty-eight metres east-west and twenty-six metres north-south on the west-facing slope of Slieve Bawn. A scarp zero-point-seven to one metre high defines the boundary without a visible fosse or entrance. A west-northwest-east-southeast field wall bisects the site, separating overgrown ground to the north from pasture to the south.
Marked only on the 1915 ed. of the OS 6-inch map as a circular enclosure (ext. diam. c. 50m), and situated on the W-facing slope of Slieve Bawn. Circular area (diam. 28m E-W; 26m N-S) defined by a scarp (H 0.7-1m) with no visible fosse or entrance. It is bisected by a WNW-ESE field wall, and is overgrown N of, and in pasture S of, this feature. Rath (RO029-109----) is c. 180m to the N.
