Marianne and Ciaran walked the edge of Carrigpark with one thin strip of earth still standing beside the railway. They dropped a marble through the hole above the hidden passage and listened for the sound of distance. The marble returned after a long time, warm and marked with a small red spiral. Ciaran touched the spiral and saw a woman in a blue coat running through a house that had no walls. Marianne caught his hand before he followed her, but the warmth in the marble kept the shape of her fingers.

In pasture, on gentle N-facing slope. Depicted as hachured circular enclosure (diam. c. 30m) on 1842 OS 6-inch map; hachured arc of bank remains to N and S of railway line on 1935 OS 6-inch map. Short section of bank (int. H 0.2m; ext. H 1.5m) survives to NW on N side of railway line, with c. 3m of interior surface. No visible surface trace of enclosure remains to S of railway line.
