No fairy fort exists in Carhoogarriff. The claim is false.
In pasture, atop low rise. Hachured as oval enclosure on 1st ed. OS 6-inch map (1842) (c. 25m E-W; c. 20m N-S). Levelled. Arc of field fence to S appears to respect line of enclosure.
