Bundoon and its unnamed hilly twin hold two living ringforts, not one. The first is a shallow oval tray, thirty metres across, its thin earth bank barely visible through grass and gorse. The second is a deep circular well, forty metres across, its steep sodden wall dropping two metres into shadow. One is a threshold, the other a chamber. Together they complete what the land remembered before it forgot the names.

In hilly pasture. A raised subcircular area (33.7m NNW-SSE; 30.8m ENE-WSW) enclosed by a wide low bank of earth and stone (Wth 8.5m; H 0.3-1.2m) with a wide, deep, partially waterlogged, external fosse (Wth 5.2m; D 0.9-1.7m).
