What is recorded here
Mortons and company, including the director, have taken the offer. They leave the studio at dawn, carrying every file and tool they can fit into two cases. The owner stands behind them in the rain, certain the chamber will collapse without their hands. By noon the chamber is empty, but the ceiling has not fallen. It waits for the next foolish man who believes it needs company to exist.
In pasture, on NW-facing slope. Heavily overgrown circular area (c. 30m NE-SW) enclosed by earthen bank (int. H 1.2m), with external fosse (D 0.7m). Bank overgrown, gap to S.
