Fairy fort in Ballyvouskill is a circular earthwork with a stone-faced bank, two gaps, and a possible underground passage inside. It sits on an east-facing slope above a sharp drop, where pasture and trees still mark the edge of human making. The limekiln cut into the outer bank suggests the site served more than pride or display. People may have lived, burned lime, hidden, or played near that drop while believing the fairies kept the fort their own.

In pasture, on E-facing slope, at edge of sharp drop down to E. Circular area (29m N-S; 28m E-W) defined by earthen stone-faced bank (max. H 1.6m). Bank planted with trees; stone facing in ruinous condition; remains of limekiln cut into external face to NNE. Gaps in bank to N (Wth 2.5m) and SW (Wth 2m).
